Pricing

Pricing is done per person and is dependent on the activity.

Most activities will be $30-$40 per person.

Minimum Attendance

We require a minimum of 15 people to have a private party.

If you have less than 15 people but still want to have a private art night, our Art Night Kits are a good alternative!

Location

We can not provide a location, so the location is up to you! It can be at your house, apartment clubhouse, office, park, etc.

Payment

As soon as all details are planned out, an invoice will be sent to your email. Payment is expected 3 days before the private event, although you can pay sooner.

Cancellation

We have a 72 hour Cancellation Policy. If you are cancelling after the 72 hour window, a cancellation fee of $50 is expected. We are happy to work with you to reschedule the event to another date, and that $50 fee can go towards the payment!

Picking a Date

When submitting your form for a private party it will ask your preferred date. We can’t guarantee the preferred date will be open but we can work with you to find a date that works for everyone! If you have a loose time frame you’re preferring, include that in your message portion of your form!

What do events look like?

The day of your event we will message to confirm location and time with you. We get there around 30 minutes to an hour before the event, depending on the activity. We provide all the supplies for the activity and protection for tables. The only thing you need to provide is a space and seating! Once it’s time to start, our host will give everybody instructions and a general overview of the event and steps involved. Then you get crafting!

Dependent on the event the host will either be giving periodic instructions to the class as a whole, or walking around to help with things individually. Most of our events are open to creative freedom, with everybody making their own version of the activity, so there’s plenty of time to mingle and talk!

After the event is over we usually get everybody together for a photo! Then we begin cleanup, which takes around 5-15 minutes. We clean everything and take all of our mess home, so you don’t have to stress about it!
